HoppityHop (74), USA Feb 10, 2008 Updated: Feb 23, 2008When I had this one, the single hop was Sariachi (a Japanese variety that I’m unfamiliar with), and the malt was Belgian, not English. Found out that the "single malt, single hop" changes with the batch, which is an interesting concept and one that could surely make ya’ love one batch and hate another.........with that being said, this particular batch of Little Thumper poured a golden yellow with a bright white head, tasting much more like a well made macro-lager than any sort of microbrewed Ale. Too fizzy. I wasn’t really impressed.
haukur (644), Reykjavik, Iceland May 26, 2007 This type of l hops make this oh so refreshing. Refreshing is the word for this, this is everything it is suppose to be. Gentle finish, this went down quick!
