Defiant Muddy Creek Lager

A nice lager that fits all the style descriptions, and then some......meaning it’s a bit hoppier than what you might expect. This should be on tap at the brewery constantly.

On cask at Brazen Head. Deep copper orange in color with no head. Fruity hoppy aroma. Malty caramel notes. Hoppy earthy flavor. Sweet tasting. Finish is malty. Medium bodied. Decent beer.

The only real flaw I find with this beer is the fruitty hop taste. Easily the best Defiant beer I’ve had. I

Some Earthy aroma, some very slight fruit, but otherwise a lackluster brew, expected more from the brew, maybe I will have a chance to try again, as this is the first brew from Defiant that has dissappointed.
