Draft. Pours an amber body with an off white head. Light herbal hop tones, some earth and dry hop tones with some lavender notes and a floral earth y hemp y finish. A buttery mouth feel with hints of citrus, grass and wood. Nice.

fruity with a German style hop profile that is demonstrative. nice moderate body and refreshing. no hint of alcohol it is aromatic.

on cask @House of Brews NY-pours no head and cloudy amber/brown color. Aroma is sweet citrus hops (cascade?), secondary medium malt. Taste is sweet citrus hops (cascade?), secondary medium malt. Soft taste, slight herbal. Minimum carbonation.

on tap at Defiant. Definitely my least favorite of the beers I tried while at the brewery. Hazy golden/light amber in appearance. Nose is floral, but also light notes of dish soap. Taste doesn’t get much better with that dish soap character making it’s appearance again. This is definitely not what Neil intended for this beer. maybe my palate was shot, who knows.
