Defiant Stock Lager

On tap at Defiant. The description said it was brewed steam style with saaz hops. Color is a slightly hazy, mostly clear golden with a white head. Very nice but subtle noble hop/saaz aroma with a touch of grain. Flavor is pretty basic but tasty - notes of grain, grass, saaz hops - pretty attenuated, not that sweet, plesant level of hop bitterness. Medium bodied with a smooth texture and moderate carbonation. It’s a nice, regular drinkin’ beer.
