on tap at Defiant. Lightly hazy golden in color with a medium head, with good retention. Aroma is filled with spice and slightly floral- coriander, something that reminded me of jasmine or lavender. Taste is spice driven but not too over the top, with a balanced hop biterring finish. Nice body- medium. Although I am usually not very interested in straight up spiced beers, I found this one to be pretty enjoyable.

Tap at Barcade. Spritzy, lychee, watermelon, rhubarb aroma. Whoa. A huge blast of juicy fruits all around. Yum. Lightish body, dry, light minerals, round and clean, very easy drinking. Nice german hopping. Super clean. A wonderful session beer here.

Tap at Barcade. The beer pours pale golden topped by a creamy white head. The smell is very spicy and herbal with an almost gruit-like quality. Fruity nose with a lot of cherry and pine/juniper character. Lots of basil, thyme and gingery character. It is intensely fruity and chewy with a nice light/lean body. Very easy to put back. There is a touch of light spicy hoppiness on the back. Fresh and tasty and really unique. It’s lovely.

Tap at Barcade: Slightly hazy light golden with a fading white head. Lots of ginger in the aroma. There’s also a subtle tropical fruit note of (lychee?) Fairly herbal and minty. Very light body with a soft and dry pale malt background. Fairly clean with a solid spice presence of ginger. Clean and rounded- an easy going session.

the flavor of a weak malted wheat in vegetable broth. recommended to my wife who accompanied me to the brewery and she really liked it. i was not so impressed. the beer is light in color and not very cloudy with a quickly fading head and fizzy carbonation. eeehhh
