I like the cloudy golden appearance with good lacing. A little bit of aroma, but nothing too noticeable. There is nothing "bad" about this beer, but it was too fruity or something where its not at the top of the list for me.

Bottle [750ml] shared with HogTownHarry & biegaman -- c/o HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy gold with a large rocky white head. Decent lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, light hops, some herbs, citrus and a bit of alcohol. Flavour’s yeasty and herbal along with pale malt, fruit and spices. Alcohol’s well hidden. Medium bodied. Pretty good stuff.

750ml bottle, corked, shared with blankboy and biegaman, via trade with glouglouburp (thanks, Dany!). Hazy gold, huge fluffy head. Lovely aroma - dry spice, alcohol, fruit (pear & apricot), floral bitterness - really solid. Taste follows, but very very quick-fiinishing; dry. Airy body, somewhat boozy, mild carbonation, dry fruity/yeasty finish - easy-drinking for the ABV, really well done (the aroma in particular) - thanks for the trade, Dany!

1 pint 9.4oz bottle in a Trappist glass. Pours golden (not very hazy for a Tripel) with a thin, white head. Aroma of the Belgian spicy yeast with notes of dough and banana. Slightly sweet to the taste, but a good balance of sweet and spicy. A nice lingering spiciness on the palate. Reminds me of all of the good tripels I had in Belgium.

Bottle. Long lasting big foam head on dusty amber. Dusty nose has light fruit. Crisp fruit and alcohol aroma. A nice Tripel.

(Old BA rate - tap) Light hazy gold color, with a thin white head. Citruisy and spicey aromas, that are more lemon-like than anything. The citrus notes, and a heavier banana flavor come through. A bit more like a German wheat than a triple in taste. It wasn’t bad, but not what I would expect from the style. Would expect it to be a bit more crisp and pop with the carbonation. Pretty full MF for the style. Not overly drinkable, as it was not as complex as a Triple or as refreshing as a Wit or even Weiss. Overall, I didn’t think this was the best interpretation of the style. Not a terrible brew, but nothing too great either.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of fruit, pale malt, Belgian yeast, coriander, and pear. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, white head that diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny, small, and medium-sized particles throughout. Flavor is slightly sweet and light to medium bitter. Tastes of pale malt, slight fruit, Belgian yeast, pepper, coriander, clove, hops, and light lemon. Quite a lot of spice. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Pale malt, Belgian yeast, pepper, coriander, and slight fruit finish. 9%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

Poured from big bottle purchased at brewery. Aroma of wine and vanilla. Clear golden - looks like pilsener - white head. Flavors of smoke, vanilla, grape, pepper and booze. Has an oak bourbon barrel flavor to it as well. Quite drinkable despite the alcohol.
