Thanks to Dickinsonbeer for this one, hand bottled. Hazy deep golden pour with 1-finger white head. Aroma of grainy pale malt, candi sugar, apricot, funky yeast, spice, and orange marmalade. Tastes pale malty and candi sugary, with hints of apricot, floral dryness, funky yeast, spices. The palate is medium heft, very carbonated, and it gets even more citrusy and apricotty as it warms, with the candi sugar coming out more as well as the florals. Very unique, as it tasted different with every sip.

Jan 26, 2010 Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks David Cohen. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of flowers, yeast, honey notes, fruits (some citrus) and peppery hints. Yeasty, estery, flavor with candies, fruits (banana, apples, some peach), spicy notes (mostly pepper) and light soapy hints. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Jan 26, 2010 At a tasting, small head, clear pale lemon yrllow colour, aroma of yeast, mushrooms,, tea and something medicinal. Malty biscuity flavours with notes of earth and cough drops and a strong but not overbearing bitterness. Very interesting.

Jan 23, 2010 @ a tasting, Thanks David, pours pale yellow with a nice white head, aroma of herbs, yeast, apricot and notes of coriander, flavors of cherries, marmalade, clove, strong menthol and some cooked vegetables, finishes bitter sweet, medium bodied.

Jan 21, 2010 Bottle: earthy, meaty, dusty, yeasty, some forest like mustiness, some phenols/hospital smell and flavour, mouthwash, a little herbal, wild mushrooms in the finish, quite interesting triple.

Oct 22, 2009 750 ml bottle that popped and gushed. Took about 30 minutes to get a pint poured. Big big big fluffy egg-white head. Yellow and hazy. Spicy nose. Very spicy bite on the tongue, crisp, long lasting. Horse-blanket, grassy and dry and tart on the sides of the tongue. A bit watery but not distractinly so. Overcarbonation may create the extra bite.

Aug 25, 2009 Boom. These bottles are exploding everywhere. Watch your eyes. Overly carbonated. Aroma has some simple zesty citrus with some grain. Taste is effervescent and some spice with a little citrus. I hear the new batch are not bottle bombs.
