3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
courtesy of Claude Degen - clear golden-blond colour with a little foam; corny and a bit citric nose; clean palate, medium-bodied; good balance between the sweetness and a tart acidity; rather high carbonation; short and moderately dry corny and slightly fruity finish - once again: correctly brewed but not very exciting ... and far closer to a german hefe-weizen than to a witbier
