COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry, crisp & refreshing Golden Ale influenced by the US West-Coast and inspired by New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Featuring loads of flavour and aroma from whole Nelson Sauvin hop flowers. Brewed at ECU Degrees Brewery by brewery students Brendan O’Sullivan, Ben Landsberry & Minh Peart-Tang.

Tried on tap at the Monk as part of WA Beer Week. Noticeable fruity aroma, smooth taste with an appearance that resembles a witbier. Medium body, very easy to drink with the Nelson Sauvin hops really enjoyable in this drop.
