3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy pale gold (lots of suspended sediment) with a huuuge white head. My 22ox pilsner glass is about 75% foam. Aroma is herbal and grassy, definite Saaz signature there. Flavor is crisp and clean, lighty sweet but mostly a peppery, bitter hoppiness. Quite tasty; itís a shame these guys are going out of business.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale golden yellow hue. Hopped up nose. Frothy white head. Sweet, pale malts first. Light to medium bodied, very well balanced, clean crisp bitter hop finish. I must say this is a very nice rendition of a classic beer style. Very drinkable, and perfectly balanced.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
got the variety pack of this, glad i got it, as the are out of business, but i wonder how old these bottles are, i couldnít find an age. Anyway first of the head on this is gigantic. Has a fairly standard pils taste. bit malty i wasnít detecting any hops as the description say. Strong carbonation, malty aroma. pretty crisp, but pilsners arenít really my thing.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
This is my first Baltimore Brewing Co. beer ever. WOW! What a beer! It pours out a deep golden color, with plenty of head. It faded slowly, leaving a nice lace down
to the bottom of the glass. It is extremely fresh, I got mine in a growler from them. It doesn't have much smell to it, but it does
smell fresh. Not grassy in the least. A well conditioned beer overall. The American two-row malt gives it a grainy taste, but not
unpleasant. The Saaz hops give up a slight aroma, but not too strong. Finishes dry on the tongue. Slight rising of bubbles in glass
from start to finish. A really well made local beer. I like it. You will too.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz bottle-rating #500!-Pours a cloudy golden color w/a slight white head. Has some hop bite to it, a lot more than I expect when I hear pilsner, maybe a little too much for me. Seemed kind of one dementional to me, kind of IPA ish. Could use some malt/sweetness in the finish to balance it out. Not bad, but it left a lot to be desired

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
I like this pils but my wife hates it, chiefly because of the hoppiness here which has a slightly bitter kick but otherwise its a nicely balanced beer. It must be the Saaz hop. This isnít as watery as the other Degroenís beers I sampled and has a dryer finish. Its too bad they have gone out of business. Brewskies in East Stroudsburg has variety cases left if you want this one.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
One of my favorite Pils. Best on draft. Nice golden hue with all those bubbles. This is a Pils for you hops fans. The malt is there, but well hidden. A nice crisp finish leaves you wanting more.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Orangey yellow in color, more orange hues than your average pilsner. Very generous initial head, great retention, solid lacing, a pretty nice looking product (although those pilsner steady stream of rising bubbles werenít there). The aroma was caramel (pilsner?), light tea bags, some honey. The flavor was all of that, again more caramel than Iíd expect in a pilsner, strong bitter hop touch, although not overly grassy. This thing is hopped like an IPA, rather original in that regard, but not really my cup of tea (or tea bags). Mouthfeel was moderate for the style, carbonated, but not overly so."

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sourdough yeast aroma with a light head. Golden color. Rich malty flavor with a bit of a twang. Hoppy undertones and zestiness. This is a decent brew.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Golden body, small white head receding into nothing in a hurry, slightly sweet aroma. Overly bitter, poorly balanced flavor.
