bottle, bought at the brewery. Apparently they’ve stopped breweing, as the owner’s wife told me. They still have two beers available: Edel Hell and Hefeweizen. Clear golden yellow, very creamy large white head. Malty, aromatic hops and hints of herbs and hay.

Bottle (Danke, Überlingen!):Clear, greenish-golden, slowly collapsing lacy fluffy head; grainy and pale-malty nose with some grassy hops in the back; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; short bitter-sweet finish. Not bad.......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond foamy head of medium size. Light-sweet strawy malty and slightly mineralic nose with notes of sour dough and herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Strawy malty taste with herbal elements; dry and slightly hop bitter finish with a tinge of metal. No highlight, just drinkable (03.VI.09).
