33cl from Drankenservice Pelgrims, Aarschot. BB 23/02/2013. Light gusher.

Bottle from Brasserie Demervallei. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge rocky white head. Sour fruit abd yoghurt aroma. Quite sour in the mouth, but also good bitterness. Very original, bordering to saison-type beer.

Medium, slightly yellowish head over fully hazy yellow beer. Artichoke, veggie nose, pale malts & greenmalt. Sweet malty, with not much else, if a good balance. Very spritzy MF, light to medium bodied beer. Nice, if not unforgettable.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2011 Various tastings of a 33cl bottle dating from the first week untill two months after release.
Pours a hazy golden color with a great rocky creamy head.
The nose has lots of malts, fruits and flowery hops which dominates at first but makes more room for the malts after some time. The taste starts with a nice amount of malts followed by fruity hops which ends in a dry sweetbitter aftertaste. The body is full and very soft.
Overall this is a beer that drinks very good and is in my opinion perfect for a hot summer day.
