Clear coppery amber. Sticky, dense light beige head. Steady streaming carbonation. Brown sugar, caramel aroma with hints of fruit and alcohol esters. Gently carbonated, rich with brown sugar and roasted caramel notes. Spicy alcohol kick. Medium body. Despite the burnt sugary flavors this is seemingly dry. Long, burnt sugar aftertaste. Mild woody hop flavor and aroma. Finishes with a hint of nutty bitterness and retaining burnt sweetness. A warming eveningside brew.
