Jaune claire, mousse reste pas mal, très légère et pas beaucoup de goût de gueuze. Assez facile à boire. Pas très acide, pas très marquée.

Bottle, 10/20/2014. Unsure what vintage but more than likely recent. Pours hazy dark orange gold, fluffy white head with great retention, sparkling bubbles apparent for quite some time. Aroma is dusty, musty sour malts, pear, tart green apple, sour funk, damp wood. Taste is tart white fruit and lemon, moderately acidic, somewhat cheesy, grapefruit bitterness and mild funk, sour malty finish a bit sweeter than some other gueuze. Bright, sparkling body.
