3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from a fresh 375 ml bottle. Careful opening these; the cork and cage shot off the second the wire was loosened.
Aroma is slightly sweet with some moderately strong, jammy, sour cherry notes. Some light oak and funk notes with hints of tropical fruit. As it warms a light funk appears.
Pours a dark red with some purple hues and a moderately large, thick, deep pink head that exhibits really nice retention and seems to barley recede. Moderate lacing and no legs.
Flavor is fairly sweet with quite a large cherry presence including some sour cherry notes. A bit jammy. Light funk and oak. Acidity is moderate with a light citrus presence. Some tannin flavor similar to blackberry skins is also present. Very fruity.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a very fruit forward beer that is fairly sweet. The fruit really hides the base beers funk and complexity making it a bit one dimensional.

Clear deep red with a medium sized frothy pinkish head. Aroma is sweet, cherries, like hard cherry candy, yoghurt and light almond.
Taste is light to medium sweet up front with sweet cherries and sugar with a light tart note, finish is a bit more tart and dry. Still quite sweet with a cheery candy feel to it. Medium bodied, small bubble carbonation

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Clear dark red with light pink head. Red wine, quite lactic, musty cherries, yoghurt, some wood and straw. Taste is light sweet with subtle almond bitterness and a light tart touch. Quite fruity, but more in a fruit-yoghurt sweet kind of way. Medium bodied with slight creamy feel and velvety carbonation. Decent stuff.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
pours very dark red / bordeaux . Small white ( light pink ) head . Smell is rather sweet cherries . Taste is wet cherries , bit sweet, some mild sour/oaky back . I dont know, I like it ... Why is it rated so low ? Light carbo, yet not flat . I’d even say carbo is perfect in this one , as well as the MF . I am rather sure sugar was used, but not too much of it . Nice one to me !

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
The nose is fresh, red or black cherries. The beer is slightly sweetish, not too sour. Fresh but sweetish, a bit artificial, like the cherries in a cherry-yoghurt. More sweet than sour. Smooth and easy to drink. A bit sticky, sweetish, Not like a typical Fruit Lambic, a bit more like a sweetish Radler.
