UPDATED: JAN 29, 2007 Bottled at Untertürkheim, Buenos Aires. Almost black, no head. Minty tabasco aroma. Sweet with bold, clean, plastic mouthfeel. The tabasco aroma doesn’t carry over into a burning flavour, but rather accompanies the roasty malt Near full bodied, but with it’s plastic mouthfeel it feels slicker. In the finish the tabasco creeps up on me again. Decidedly the 2nd best chili/pepper beer I’ve had as roasty malt and 14% alcohol is sufficient to balance the burning spices, but the mouthfeel is a drawback.

Bottle - December 2006 at Unterturkheim, shared with Omhper. Beer pours a black color with a thin white head. Aroma is peppery, minty. Taste is some roast, some minty freshnes and some caramel at the end. Mouthfeel is slightly syurpy, medium bodied. Not bad, but a little weird. Needs some tweaking, but a good attemp.
