12oz bottle. Best before May 2007. Nice head. Slightly hazy dark amber. Can’t pick up much aroma. Light sweetness and minimal malt. Pretty plain. Be OK to accompany food. Soft palate.

Segunda da leva chilena que meu irmão trouxe. Agradável surpresa. Coloração vinho, com espuma de boa formação, cremosa na cor ambar - muito bonita. Cheiro frutado, frutas maduras, suavemente adocicado. O gosto também frutado muito bom. Suave na boa. Caramelo bem encaixado. Boa.

(Bottle) Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. Good aroma, very sweet, with notes of caramel, candy, toasted malt, apples, and a bit of gras. Flavor is light bitter, sweet, malty, and caramelized. Tasty. It never looses its consistency, very balanced. Bittersweet finish.

Red amber body (clear) with medium size head. Strong malt aroma with mainly caramel in the taste without overpowering it. Drinkable but get a bit bored with this style of beer.

Bottle drunk at Santiago airport, thanks Cristián and David! In my opinion more of an Irish Red, but a very drinkable, tasty brew with toffee maltiness, hints of bitter hops and a thick, sweetish toffee flavour which ends balanced but a touch sticky.

Appearance: amber copper color. Medium head, of dark ivory color, dense, but with low persistency. Aroma: sweet, toast caramels malts, candy, toffee and fruity. Reminiscences of pears, red apples, apricots and quince. Slight but persistent hoppyness. Flavor: Mainly of caramels malts, medium toasted cereals, toffee and roasted sugar. Fruitiness of pears, quince, apricots and pink grapefruits. Slight and persistent hoppy finish. Palate: Medium body, with semi-viscous and silky texture. Low carbonation. Very good Chilean version of English pale ale. Very advisable.

Better flavor than aroma, bright appearance. Good flavor, you can feel hop but also a sweet final. Very good amber ale, I definitively order it again.

Weakest offering of their bottle selection. Med amber color, apples, sea salt candy and caramel in the nose. Malty start, caramel dominates. Sweet malty finish.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2007 (in bottle, supermarket in Chile) Good aroma to malts of candy, probably some touches of other dried fruits. A color jumps at sight bronze, cloudy good, with luminous yellow dots. Rather sweet flavor, with a light bitterness in the fund. In the palate it knows light and the carbonation is well.

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2007 Bottled at Sikaru, Viña del Mar. Hazy amber, rich creamy head. Light bodied and lightly caramelly. Dryish with a touch of grass,. An easy going, mild ale with low bitterness. (Also tasted in vinegary infected state at Sicosis, Santiago.)
