On tap at brewhaus. Dark brown pour with creamy tan head. Smells roasty with chocolate notes. Medium sweet, medium bitter, light sour. Full body with creamy texture. Good stout.

Nitrogen pour at brewhaus. Super creamy head of course. Very nice brew. Super dark and malty with a nice balance of sweetness and bitter.

On tap at Delafield Brewhouse. Dark brown with a creamy brown head that sticks around. Aroma of roasted barley and dark malt along with faint chocolate. Taste is very roasty with grains, dark malts, light chocolate and cocoa and a mild hop presence that provides a little bitterness on the finish.

5/11/12. On tap. Rich malty aroma with touches of soy, acidic tartness, and plenty of roast. Nice flavor with plenty of roast and lots of dryness. Not too shabby on nitrogen.

Nitrogen pour. Poured very deep brown with a dense, nitro-y tan head. The aroma picked up sweet, milky chocolates, roasted barley, and black patent malts.. a little muted from the nitro, but well presented. The flavor found dark chocolates paired with roasty barley and a little molasses.. a kiss of sweeter malts on the back.. nice earthy bitter complements around. Medium-bodied with dense carbonation on the palate.. creamy feel.. overall very good.

Deep black with a thick nitro brown head. Lightly roasted aroma. Flavor is smooth and chocolatey with some smoke and salt. Great stout body with lots of complexity. Very well-balanced, one of the best stouts I've had in a while.
