Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong malt note of hay, bread and grain without much else. Flavor has a bit of earthy grass up front, but mainly has notes of hay and bread.

Draft at the brewery. Filtered orange-tan with a thin, steady off-white head. I’m not really an Amber fan in the first place, but this is pretty sub-par stuff. Dull malt tones, somewhat rancid and butterscotchy. Off flavors galore, no hop presence. Belongs at Calumet. Gross.

Tap at the brewpub. Orange pour with a thin white head. Sweet caramel malt nose. Medium palate. Really nice sweet caramel malt flavor - good stuff.

On tap at brewpub, pours a clear amber with a thin head, aroma is sweet with a hint of caramel mixed in, the flavor is sweet as well with somewhat of a metallic finish, nothing special here.

Sampler off white head, clear golden color with strong lacing, soft carbonation, sweet malt aroma that follows into the flavor, smooth and real soft mouth feel.

More of an orange than an amber. Little aroma. Light crystal malty nice. Mild hopping, some plastic on the finish.

Had this one on draught at the brewpub in Delafield, Wisconsin. Clear, reddish brown pour with no head, a chocolate malty nose, very well balanced and highly quaffable.

On draught at the brewery: Pours a clear amber colour with a large white head. Plenty of fizz and plenty of excitement in this beer. Decent caramel malt notes and some floral hops come through near the finish.

Pretty limp, even for an amber - light bodied, with some ambiguous fruity tones and amild, clean malt sweetness - a tiny bit of crisp bitterness on the end - boring, but clean and drinkable.
