The best out of all the Delafield beers I’ve tried so far. On tap at brewpub. Light, sweet apricot in aroma and flavor. Surprisingly good overall. Pleasant lasting aftertaste. Not watered down. A little more carbonation would put this over the top I think.

On tap at Delafield Brewhaus. Poured paler golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up apricots and pale malt with a dank, sweeter backing. The flavor found apricot meat and pale malts at the core with tart and artificially sweet apricots extending outward.. drinkable, but not much more. Light-bodied and sweet overall on the palate.. OK feel and flow.. aiight.
