CaptainCougar (4601), Rockville, Maryland, USA Nov 18, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 6/21/07: Pours an opaque black with a dense, creamy, wispy-lacing tan nitro head. Aroma of mild earthy sweet dark caramel malt and some light roastiness. Body starts a little thinner but with nice dark malty sweetness and roasted malt balance with a hint of dark chocolate in the finish. A nice stout. kp (6000), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 06/21/2007

black, headless,
rich dry fresh roasted coffee aroma,
thin body,
lots of roasted flavor, very dry, long bitter roast finish,
just too much dry roast for me

Duellist17 (34), Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA Mar 27, 2007 Very guinness esque. Nitrogen pour, grey in color with big head. Dry and satisfying. Its what I usually go for first when I get there. Sombeast (151), Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA Dec 12, 2006 On tap. Very dark, big creamy head reminiscent of the nitrogen insfused stouts. Dry, mild stout, easily drinakble.yet lacking in the edge that I prefer. No objectonalble characteristics and probably quite acceptable to the masses. hopdog (4444), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 18, 2006 On tap at the Delafield Brew Pub. On the menu as the ’County Cork Irish Style Stout’. On Nitro. Poured a dark black color with a smaller sized, creamy off white head. Aromas of chocolate, light roast and licorice. Tastes of chocolate and roast. On the sweet side. Creamy and thin body.
