CaptainCougar (4633), Rockville, Maryland, USA Nov 18, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 6/21/07: Pours an opaque black with a dense, creamy, wispy-lacing tan nitro head. Aroma of mild earthy sweet dark caramel malt and some light roastiness. Body starts a little thinner but with nice dark malty sweetness and roasted malt balance with a hint of dark chocolate in the finish. A nice stout. hopdog (4552), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 18, 2006 On tap at the Delafield Brew Pub. On the menu as the ’County Cork Irish Style Stout’. On Nitro. Poured a dark black color with a smaller sized, creamy off white head. Aromas of chocolate, light roast and licorice. Tastes of chocolate and roast. On the sweet side. Creamy and thin body. JPDIPSO (4221), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Mar 22, 2004 Also known as County Cork Irish Stout. Near black color with a small nitro head. Lightly roasted malt and light fruit aroma. Thin dry roasted malt and dark chocolate. Drinkable and light. badgerben (3070), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Apr 18, 2005 Black color with a thick and creamy head. This really resembled Guinness in all ways. There was the slightly roasted aroma, along with a very creamy mouth, but lacking in the roasts/coffee/chocolate of a good stout. Still, decent enough to drink.
