On tap at the brewpub on 6/21/07: Pours an opaque black with a dense, creamy, wispy-lacing tan nitro head. Aroma of mild earthy sweet dark caramel malt and some light roastiness. Body starts a little thinner but with nice dark malty sweetness and roasted malt balance with a hint of dark chocolate in the finish. A nice stout.

Nitro. The beer pours to a dark brown/black body with a rocky tan head. A little astringent. Lots of typical Irish stout flavors and aromas. Some chocolate. The palate was a bit thin for being a nitro pour.

On nitro draught at the Delafield Brewhaus. Pours an opaque dark brown colored stout with a creamy tan head that just doesn’t go away, from the nitro pour. Aroma of toasted dark malt, a hint of lactose, coffee and a hint of floral hops. Taste is silky smooth, a touch sweet, light to medium bodied with flavors of toasted dark malt a hint of cream and chocolate. Finish is slightly dry with a short lived dark malt and chocolate aftertaste. Nice easy drinking and low alcohol stout.

black, headless, rich dry fresh roasted coffee aroma, thin body, lots of roasted flavor, very dry, long bitter roast finish, just too much dry roast for me

Very guinness esque. Nitrogen pour, grey in color with big head. Dry and satisfying. Its what I usually go for first when I get there.

On tap. Very dark, big creamy head reminiscent of the nitrogen insfused stouts. Dry, mild stout, easily drinakble.yet lacking in the edge that I prefer. No objectonalble characteristics and probably quite acceptable to the masses.

On tap at the Delafield Brew Pub. On the menu as the ’County Cork Irish Style Stout’. On Nitro. Poured a dark black color with a smaller sized, creamy off white head. Aromas of chocolate, light roast and licorice. Tastes of chocolate and roast. On the sweet side. Creamy and thin body.

On tap at the Brewhaus... as Country Cork Irish Style Stout. Deep brown nitro pour with a thick creamy beige head. Nice roasted cocoa and milk chocolate in the nose... not strong, not complex.. but enjoyable. Cocoa was heavier in the flavor department along with some other roasty dark malts... as it warmed, it picked up an odd hoppy/grassy/grainy feel to it. Lighter-bodied with mild bitterness. Enjoyed it.

Black color with a thick and creamy head. This really resembled Guinness in all ways. There was the slightly roasted aroma, along with a very creamy mouth, but lacking in the roasts/coffee/chocolate of a good stout. Still, decent enough to drink.
