On tap at Delafield Brewhaus. Poured medium amber with a well-retained, sticky cap of tan head. The aroma picked up sweet, toasted redder fruits and caramel paired with clean yeasty notes.. floral and fruity hops accented. The flavor was sweet as well with bready and caramel notes at the core.. a touch of molasses and honey provided additional sugars.. earth and floral bitterness graced the edges.. lots of residual sugars and too much bitterness on the rough finish. Medium-bodied and sweet as mentioned on the palate.. not the greatest feel and flow.. still drinkable.

On draught at the Delafield Brewhaus. 12/27/09. Had this one with my dinner nice compiment to a burger. Was surprise at the amount of pink grapefruit on the nose. Orange body with off white head and left a sugar coat of lacing on glass. Good blend of citrus and biiterness with the malt in the background. Good refreshment.

On draught at the Delafield Brewhaus in Delafield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber colored brew with a creamy off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some nice lacing and a white ring. Aroma of citrusy Cascade hops, light toast crust and a hint of caramel malt. Taste is medium bodied, average carbonation with flavors of toasted caramel malt, citrus and piney hops, a hint of hard fruit and some light grapefruit. Finish is semi-sweet, more citrus zest aftertaste with a short lived mild bitterness that finishes crisp.
