3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the brewery 11/26/2004 Delafield Brewhaus Millenium Triple pours a hazy golden color with very little head and some lace. The aroma is sweet and floral. The flavor is yeasty, a coriander note, and some floral hop notes. Body is fairly rich and quite cleansing. Overall, served way too cold, better as it warms, but in proper glassware. As a side note, mine was the first serving of the 2004 batch. Very nice.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Slightly hazed golden color with a dense off white head. Strong nose of alcohol, peaches, light yeast and floral hops. Flavors of pale malt, honey, light fruit, vanilla, light spice and a warming alcohol finish. A solid effort, but in the area of a strong triple. I perfer mine a bit more delicate.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Amazingly strong white wine aroma. Very soft nose. Vinous, fruity malt. ABV covered well, very smooth. Not as spicy as I like in a tripel, but very soft relative to the harshness of the aroma.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
10 ounce glass at the brewpub. Medium-dark golden, smallish lasting creamy head with good lacing, slightly cloudy. Peaches and cream aroma could be a tad stronger. Flavor is a knockout though, honey-vanilla-fruity with medium yeastiness, wonderful mouthfeel and a kickin’ finish. Fabulous, hard to believe a beer this good would be brewed off the Interstate near a Wal-mart in the western reaches of the Milwaukee suburbs.
