Dark black. Medium body, funky in smell and flavor. Slightly dry. Seems to be missing something I think?

On tap at the brewhaus. Dark brown with minimal white head. Toasty and even a bit smoky flavor. Sweet aftertaste.

Sample from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a translucent deep brown with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of roasted malts and chocolate as well as a realtively strong butterscotch notes. Flavor begins with roasted malts and chocolate, but finishes with strong butterscotch and sweet grains.

Draft at the brewery. Chalky brown-black. Steady beige head. Mild, subdued chocolate aroma. Leagues better than the Amber, but still a little thin and watery. Some caramel tones, specialty malts cover up the odd Delafield undertones. Dealable, about as nice as a Michelob Porter without the quality control.

Tap at the brewhouse. Very dark brown pour with an off-white head. Roasted coffee and chocolate malt on the nose. Silky smooth body. Bakers chocolate and roast on taste - delicious.

On tap at the brewpub, pours a very dark brown with a red hue coming through and a thin head, the aroma is of light malt with a touch of chocolate, the flavor is light with a chocolate finish mixed in with the roasty malt, hmmmm, pretty good.

Black/amber color with creamy head. Coffee aroma. Some patent/chocolate/crystal malts. Mild hop/bitter finish.

Druaght at the pub. Pours a nearly opaque dark brown with some reddish hues. Persistent, soapy, light tan head. Aroma is sweet and malty leading up to a very sweet flavor that also boasts a significant roasyt character. There is a caramely genericness to the malt profile that is a bit off-putting (extract?)

Full bodied? No. A nice chocolate light roasted porter with a light body. Easy to drink and well blended.
