On tap at Delafield Brewhaus. Poured clear, light-medium pinkish-amber with a short-lived, pink-tinted head. The aroma picked up more sweetened raspberry meat than anything else, with accents of lemon and tart raspberry seeds.. came across as very candied. The flavor was sweet again, and still raspberry focused.. light raspberry seed tartness around.. dry, artificial sweetener-like feel on the finish. Light-bodied and well-carbonated on the palate.. too sweet for my liking, but it was drinkable.

Deep pink red. Fairly impressed with the aroma. Fresh, tart raspberry. Flavor starts well with an acidic raspberry tang, but fades pretty quickly to pale/wheat-type malt. Tartness hangs on a bit, but not to make this great. Nonetheless, pretty impressed overall.

On nitro pour at at the Delafield brewpub. Pours a clear reddish copper color with a light pin and off-white head that slowly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of raspberry Kool-ade, some golden grain malt and a hint of floral hops. Taste is medium bodied, mostly raspberry and just a touch of white bread malt. Finish is slightly tart with a lingering berry aftertaste. So far the heaviest all off fruit beers from Delafield.

Sampler fruit note, light white head, smooth mouth feel, clear red raspberry color that flavor follows into the palate, decent fruit beer.
