Sampled on draught at the GTMW ’08. Pours a clear light golden blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head. Aroma of some light fruit, corn, crystal golden grain and some light citrus. Taste is light bodied, plenty of carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt, citrus and grassy hops and some light lemon. Finish is crisp, semi-dry with a little grassy hops aftertaste.

On tap at Delafield Brewhaus. Poured clear light golden with nothing going on for head. Nose was fruity and airy.. enjoyable with notes of lemon, herbs, and sweet pils malts. Flavor picked up heavier lemon and herbal hops, bread, and pils malts.. good stuff that strengthened as it warmed. Medium citrus and herbal bitterness on the palate and lighter-bodied.. refreshing lemony finish.

Tap at brewpub: Yellow with straw nose. Quite starchy and corny malt profile, very bubbly and carbonated. Dry grass finish.

Golden color with a tall white lasting head. Earthy pale malt and noble hops nose. Full pale malt flavors with enough floral/herbal hops to keep it refreshing. A good example of a czech pils.

Tall white head that lasts... light and clear amber body. Aroma has light hops and a bready malt thing. Dry astringent hoppy taste... almost like cardboard. It isn’t horrible though... maybe just not fresh. The hops are followed by a decent bready sweetnes. Not bad overall, and one of the hoppier pilseners I’ve had.

12 oz glass at the brewpub. Light earthy nose, hazy medium amber with a lasting snowy head. Just a bit watery, but full of good fresh lemony, grassy goodness on the nose and in the mouth; light but not maddeningly thin once its warmed a bit.
