Bottle at DSG 2011. Pale golden colour with some white bubbles. Aroma is sweet, apple, yeast. Flavour is sweet, apple, yeast, sourness. Ordinary cider.

Bottle 750ml. @ the after-TFODRBSG11 tasting.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apples, barnyard and wood notes, vanilla - sweet butter notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple, old apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110821]

Botella. Unclear deep golden colour- >Pleasant sweet apple fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet fruity apple. Sweet fruity apple finish. Nice.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It has a nice, light golden color, it’s clear, and with some white bubbles. Apples and a touch of apple cores and some sulphurish notes in the aroma. The flavor has a sweetness indeed, but it’s not cloying, apples of course. A quite decent one, although a bit sweet, but it’s not bad in any way. 110821
