COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by women, this heavy blonde beer has 8.5% ABV and second fermentation in the bottle. This beer has a pale blonde colour and fine, white creamy and lacing foam. The aroma is very balanced, with a fruity and flowery background and a first impression of chardonnay, that further evolves to a spicy, mild hop aroma. The flavour is very balanced with fruity notes of apple and chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mildly bitter aftertaste and a wonderful, round mouth feeling with a nice evolution.

Specialty beer, brewed once a year on the occasion of International Women’s Day

Fruitig aroma (citrus) met een vleugje hop. De smaak is zoet-moutig met in de achtergrond een zachte bitterheid die in de afdronk meer naar voor komt.

Crisp, dry blonde with plenty of hop bitterness, some fruit, and a touch of spice. Had a bubbly dry champagne-y aspect. Not bad.

Bottle from Liquid Town in Corpus Christi. Clear golden with a giant white meringue-like head that doesn’t ever dissipate. Aroma of champagne, flowers, and green apple. Tastes like really dry white wine with some bittering. Dry, lightly boozy, medium bodied and fizzy.

75cl bottle, brewed in 2016. First of all, the appearance is really nice, the beer is an experience in itself and Deliria stands tall in this regard. Pours yellow with a huge head that will leave nice lacing on the glass. Taste is sweet cereals with hints of bananas and bread. It has a nice bitter aftertaste that will remain in your mouth for some time, along with faint pepper notes. Not bad, but not classy!

Draught at Delirium Cafe, Amsterdam on 27-Apr-2016. Clear pale blonde colour with a thick white head. Aroma of flora, fruit and alcohol. Medium body and carbonation. Fruity flavour - slightly tart apple, and a bitter hoppy finish.

Bright blond colour with a fien poring white head. Aromas of pale malt, straw and some floral light fruity touch develops. Light effervescent, bit slick, round and full bodied. Offers some malty fruity grape like sweetness with a touch of minerals. Lasting finish. Funnily it has characteristics of a german pils with a hefty punch.

From 2d2despuma. In La Trappe chalice. Watching True Detective 1x07. Drier than the normal delirium, champagne-like. Maybe this is what makes it feel even more spiced. Alcohol less noticeable. I think I prefer the normal one, but this isnt bad either.
