Pours a brown/red murky color with huge head. Aroma is malts and alcohol. Interesting taste. I taste alcohol, tobbacco and apricots- or some fruit along that line. Strong, but pleasant alcohol flavor. Kind of like eating, smoking, and drinking all at once. A very drinkable ale; not my favorite, but definatly worth trying.

(bottle into a duvel tulip) Aroma of sweet malts, ethanol and apricots. Pours a cloudy mahogany with dirty white head. Fizzy with a shallow finish. Notes of ethanol and sugar cookies. Not too shabby.

Wow, malty smell, also can smell the alcohol. The taste is malty, you can taste the alcohol, it’s like a party of flavor in my mouth, great.

Sampled from 750ml bottle. Hazy with a maple brown hue. Thick beige head. Cookie yeasty nose. Lively and sweet. Pruney notes with a nice bready flavor. Notes of toffee. Nice effervescence. Off dry palate. Cinnamon and spices. Sugary long finish. Good staple.

750 mL bottle. Reddish brown with big fluffy light tan head. Tart aroma of fruit and malt. Very bright palate. Tart cherry flavor giving way to a slightly sour tobacco taste.

Huge Cream colored head on the pour. Ruby red in color and very bubbly. Has a strong tropical fruit aroma to it with some mild malt hints. Very fruity taste with a little spice and malt note to it. Way too carbonated for me. Not my cup ’o tea, but not a bad brew by any means.
