Dark and lovely, with a diverse range of flavors--a little bitter but mostly sweet and sour. The sweetness in quite complex--kind of like the crust on a creme brulee. A much more interesting beer than the Tremens.

Very smooth and dark in color. Fruity undertone with creamy finish. Poured dark with a mid size head. Great all around brew!

Dark reddish brown in color with floaties about. Smells of sweet molasses and dark dried fruits. Finishes with a bit of alcohol.

Poured A deep brown with a thick mocca head. The aroma is dark fruits, brown sugar, and malty. The flavor was a little chocolatey, but not sweet. It felt very light in the mouth and it went down very easy. Unfortunately, this beer smelled better than it tasted. I found it to be a watered down version of a Belgian style ale. There is nothing really special about this beer other the the bottle it comes in.

750 Bottle-Memphis. Raisons were the first thing that came through in the nose. Light body with medium head. Dry, tart finish. made me think of cherries.
