12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy chestnut brown with a large tan head. Aroma is fruity, definitely a lot of yeast and some malt. Flavor is dominated by malt, with a nuttiness as well. Surprisingly little alcohol flavor. Finish is fruity, with some raisin tones as well. Not bad, not bad at all.

A bit dissapointed. Aroma and taste malty, but not complex. Pslate a bit spicy. Overall an ok ale, but not the best in class.

Poured from 330mL bottle [bb 08/2017]. Clear medium-dark brown with full beige head. Aroma predominantly Belgian yeasty with a bit of caramel and dark fruits. Taste doesn’t live up to the aroma. Lots of carbonation and yeast, not much else.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a fairly dark brown color, topped with a decent beige head. Nice caramel and chocolate aroma is somewhat ruined by mild yeasty notes. Starts with a malty and caramel sweetness, obvious alcohol notes in the body and decent bitterness in the finish. Better than Tremens, still not what I like.
