COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Colour and sight: Dark brown-red. A compact white-yellow, stable and lacing head. Scent: Touches of caramel, mocha and chocolate. Spices such as liquorice and coriander are also present. Flavour: Initially, a very good mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet.

Pours very lively from the bottle. Dark brown with a pillowy head. Roasted beans, some coffee, a hint of red fruits in the distance. Towards the end some alcohol. Medium finish with caramel, moccha, coffee beans, alcohol. Less body than a Rochefort or St-Bernardus, but very enjoyable nontheless.

Hazy brown color with reddish hue, big brownish head that quickly vanished. Aroma of wine, grape, malts, red fruits. Taste is the same. Slightly boozy feel. Medium body, soft to average carbonation. No me gusta.

Nice looking dark amber beer. Aroma if spices, roasted malt, chocolate. Taste is sour and spicy at the beginning, and chocolate and roasted malt afterwards

bottle. Mahogany brown with one finger head. Strong carbonation. There’s a sharp tart edge to this. Dark fruit with just a hint of sweetness. A little bit hot. This is a strange one.

Bottle 33cl. Deep brown with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, alcohol and some strange unidentifiable sour component. The taste is full on bitter at first with a kind sweet undertone. Then, rather surprisingly the aftertaste turns dry, almost sour. It leaves you with the warmness of alcohol in your throat.

Bomber to tulip glass. What it lacks in aroma it makes up in delicious raisin and caramel overtones. And perhaps a slight hint of molasses. If I could have this mouthfeel at all times, I would...so much balance and a glorious savory finish.

Nocturne is a full experience. Hephalumps and Woozles. Super creamy caramel finish that you want to linger longer than the 10 minutes it does already.
