Great beer. Nearly opaque garnet/choclate color with a nice head and excellent clarity. Mouth feel/carbonation was a bit prickly to start off with. I could immediatly smell the complexity of the malts; not overpowering, but intricate. The raisny flavor of the Belgian special malt was clearly identifiable. But the real fun in this beer came as it sat in my glass for half an hour. The flavor gradually assumed toffy notes. I always enjoy a beer or wine that exhibits a range of flavors as you take your time going through the glass. I’ll buy this beer again. And my two year old daughter loves the pink elephant on the bottle.

Delirium Nocturnum, es la hermana menor de la Tremens..... Una cerveza que tiene una gran apariencia, color obscuro que se saborea. Cerveza cremosa. Lamentablemente el aroma deja mucho que desear. Pasando al sabor, es completo, cervea algo dulce con un intenso sabor y un final completo.

330ml bottle at 8.5%. Pours a very dark brown with a small head. Aroma is sweet raisin and a little wood. Taste is mostly raisin, touch of wood and alcohol on the finish. Brown sugar also. Fizzy.

Pours clear brown colour with small head. Aroma of liquorice, sweet caramel malts, toffee, ripe fruits and mild spice notes.

Pours dark amber with a small head. Aroma caramel, anis, belgian hops. High carconation. Not Bad.

Pours ruBy brown with thin white head. Nose is acidic with some elements of citrus. On the tongue relatively thin with notes of lemon orange and slight vinegar. Malt prescience is minimal with faint brown sugar finishing with an overwhelming candy apple flavor. Overall decent but not outstanding.

Aroma achocolatado com presença prévia do lúpulo. Coloração vermelha-amarronzada simplesmente única com um creme idem. No paladar, percebem-se o amargor lupulado, o doce toque de chocolate com frutas secas e por fundo envolvendo a leveza de ameixa. Resultado: Indubitavelmente Excelentíssima!
