Bottle: snifter: THought this was quite nice... Pour was great, dry, tan head, about 2 fingers. Color of red berries, very light haze. Taste was complex, def some fruits... a berry mix I can’t detail. The booze is present but not kick in the face, unfortunately, and the carbonation was rather low. Overall very smooth and enjoyable

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Woody earthy and candy sugar aromas come from this hazy brown brew with coarse bubbles on top. Malty sweetness with a bit of wood and a slight metallic taste. It's not as full bodied as I woulda thought. It's smooth and earthy flavored with a bit of warming from the 8.5.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Muddy brown/ruby red with a yellowish tan head that dissipated to a very soft film and left fine lace. Aromas of tart apple, caramel, bandaids, sugar, earth and Belgian yeast. Nicely balanced flavor profile starts out slightly tart with green apple and light pear, supported by rich caramel and chocolate, finishing with a dry yeastiness and herbal notes. Spices and alcohol are always in the background. Medium body, lively carbonation, pillowy soft and creamy mouthfeel and a dry finish. Very enjoyable.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy brown color with reddish hue, big brownish head that quickly vanished. Aroma of wine, grape, malts, red fruits. Taste is the same. Slightly boozy feel. Medium body, soft to average carbonation. No me gusta.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle. Mahogany brown with one finger head. Strong carbonation. There’s a sharp tart edge to this. Dark fruit with just a hint of sweetness. A little bit hot. This is a strange one.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle 33cl. Deep brown with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, alcohol and some strange unidentifiable sour component. The taste is full on bitter at first with a kind sweet undertone. Then, rather surprisingly the aftertaste turns dry, almost sour. It leaves you with the warmness of alcohol in your throat.
