Bottle thanks to my friend sam. Pours a somewhat cloudy mahogany with a somewhat small beige head. Nose and flavor are both marked with candied sugars, rich raspberry, toasted almonds, raisin, and a touch of sweet chocolate. Good spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) come through on the tongue as well. Good stuff.

Aroma: Complex mixture of raisin, clove, and nuts. Appearance: Bright amber with a thick white head that dissipates quickly but leaves lots of lacing. Taste: Light sourness immediately swallowed by a light bitterness and light sweetness that play off of each other.. Palate:Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation, long finish. Overall: While it’s not exactly what I was expecting, this is a really well designed and developed beer. I’m not completely blown away by it, but I can see the care and crafting that went into this beer and I’m impressed.

Bottle at WOB. Clear dark amber pour with a white head. Caramel malt and spice aromas. All kinds of spice notes with rich caramel malt and bland bitter hops.

Pours a dark amber with a nice head, most of which disappears. The nose has apricots. The taste has ginger/nutmeg. The palate has a medium to large structure with a tangy medium bodied structure with a dry clean finish. Overall, a good beer.

33cl bottle. Labelled ’Delirium Christmas’. Pours a dark brown red with a small white head. Deep malty nose with dried fruit sweetness. Taste is again of dried fruit with a huge ammount of alcohol. A real winter warmer. Some spiciness. Not as good as I was hoping.
