Has that distinctive Belgian yeast taste. Some bananas in the taste as well as wheat. Mmmm

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2012 Dark red pour, delightful belgian yeast and spice aroma. Clean belgian flavor with notes of nutmeg and clove. I have a weak spot for Belgian, and this is in my top list. Alcohol flavor is masked, overall, it is delicious!

Pours a clear caramel color with a finger of light brown head. Aroma is strong spicy yeast esters. Taste is much more malty than the aroma but the spice is still present. Nice caramel bananabread-like aftertaste with some gingerbread spiciness to round it of. Great holiday beer.

Pours dark red with an off-white head. Aroma is quite sweet with lots of dark fruit, yeast and caramel. Taste is also quite fruity, yeast and caramel leading to a subtle and light bitter finish with a really nice and powerful warming alcohol feel. Really nice.
