2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
1/3 taster glass. Red/brown, amber. Thick beige head. Yeasty, malty, spicy almost wood nose. Strong flavours. Spicy. Alcoholic burn, full bodied, mid lasting. Christmassy, not an all-year beer. Not really for me, either, sadly.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours medium amber with a red hue. Massive thick off white head that lingers with superior lacing. Light nose of dark malt sweetness, Belgian yeast and alcohol against a backbone of dark fruit. Light medium body that matches well with the somewhat high carbonation level. The taste is pleasant with notes of spice against an alcohol base. It finishes with a note of spice and alcohol. The alcohol leaves that nice pleasant burn. More spice or lower alcohol would improve the balance and make this outstanding.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle: deep brown, ruby-red in color with decent (unexpected) clarity, topped off with a volatile, smoky-white head - very fluffy, thick, & slow to recede. Aroma is sweet, fruity, & ester-y. Berry, plum, fig.... very dark fruit character with heavy alcohol presence all over the place, phenol, spice, sharp yeast, & medicinal tones. Taste is heavy alcohol up front... warming, nearly hot with a high phenol presence, even at colder temps. Sweetness in the form of black licorice, plum, black cherry, grapes, with hints of red wine. Mild banana & clove notes from the yeast; dirty & earthy malts in the finish. Faint tartness mid-palate, almost astringent. Cherry notes & pears open up with warmth... musty & slightly cotton funk yeast in the aftertaste. Not the biggest fan of this one, definitely the weakest of the main Delirium trio.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Easily my favorite Delirium, and it's perfect. Belgian yeast, maltiness, and Christmas spice in perfect balance. High ABV but absolutely no booziness. Solid A.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle poured into Kasteel chalice. A: Dark ruby, mahogany, thick looking, one finger tanned head, decent lacing and retention. S: A combination of musty yeast, red wine grape, oak and some farmyard funk. T: Sharp sweet grape, bubblegum, hid the booze fairly well until the last few mouthfuls, unmistakably Delirium. M: Smooth, remarkably light body for the high strength, well carbonated. O: Did very well in all areas except taste which wasn’t bad without exceling, pretty good but could have grabbed more attention.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Wonderful! It looks like a belgian dubbel, however it has the taste of red fruits. There are particles in suspension, what gives a great visual experience. The smell desappear quite fast, but it is very present in the beginning
