Aroma is sweet spice, plum, raisin and cinnamon.some candy sugar and clove notes here. Taste is a very nice fruitiness with light liquor warmth. Sweet malts are balanced well with the hop profile. Very nice, both smooth and complex. Appearance is a clear amber with a fluffy pearl head that retains quite well.

Pours to the glass with great white top but then goes as fast as it came. Smell really sweet, a lot of malt in it, reminds me aroma at the quality beer bar at winter time. Taste is very light, malty, can even feel a pine taste but not so sweet at all as you might assume from aroma. I can even taste some estonian spicy sprat at the end of taste, but not in a bad way, it is actually quite interesting.

Mahogany pour with a frothy white head and clinging lace. Fruity, earthy aroma. Spicy malt, Christmas cake flavour. Well balanced with a tangy finish.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A beautiful clear brown beer with many hues ; big off-creamy white head ; good retention. Fruity aroma (prune, grape), caramel, biscuit, roast, spices. Medium sweet, light warming background. Medium body, dry silky texture, high carbonation, warming finish. Overall, a nice fruity christmas beer pretty well balanced.

Pours a hazy copper color with a large beige head. Lots of bread and yeast on the nos. Dark fruit and spices also present. Good body some good carbonation. Some sweet malt on the taste. Not a ton of alcool on the taste. Very easy to drink and good.

Bottle at the Beer Emporium, Bristol. Poured a deep amber colour with a good sized and quite solid off-white white head. Aroma of dark fruits, spices and malt. Medium sweetness. Low carbonation. Medium body. A good beer, dangerously easy to drink.

Mahogany pour with a light beige head that lasts for days. Lots of cooked fruit and spice on the nose There’s also a bready character in there. A little warm on the palate but full of spice and bread notes with some cooked fruit. Solid but not especially exciting.
