An absoulute beauty enjoyed from the tap. Cupric orange in colour, spicey nose(cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom), Big and long in the mouth, moderate carbonation, Noticeably warming finish. Must taste!

Sweet syrupy nose with some spice. Orangey color and soapy head. Fruity tart nectar with some cinnamon, mild bitterness, maybe some sour notes. Full body, big carbonation, finishes with a deceptive burn and floral spice. Very clean tasting Belgian Strong. Seems focused, yet playful.

Bottle. Another interesting and complex beer from delirium. Tastes mainly of bread and sweet fruit with raisins. The interesting part of this beer was at the finish where I detected a distinct peppery finish. Must have been the yeast used. Very unique, kept me interested the whole way through. You have to try this brew atleast once.

Medium amber pours from tap. Nice complex funky smell. Taste is rather straightforward. Flavor is bready with overwhelmingly dark fruit sweetness. Alcohol is not overwhelming but does provide what they must have been aiming for with the noel.

Quite disappointing to be honest- was never a huge fan of the Tremens, but thought that it was a solid beer, so expected something similar of the Noel. This beer’s chief asset is its beautiful pour, leaving a robust, fluffy head that eventually leaves plenty of lacing. Honey-Ruby colored. Sweet aroma with coniferous hints- pine? spruce?. At 10% abv, this beer required some work in the brewing process and unfortunately, the alcohol comes through in a harsh twang. Whatever other flavors there were in this beer- hints of gingerbread, nutmeg and cloves- were essentially masked by the overwhelming booziness; go get the Anchor Our Special, or the Alpha Klaus for a real Christmas Ale.

pours a hazy dark orange with a large light beige foamy head, heavy carbonation, and a very good lacing.
smell is of caramel, dark fruits, spice, and roasted nuts and malts.
taste is thick, very carbonation, burnt caramel, roasted malt, dark fruits, white pepper, and spice, ends somewhat bitter and with a definite alcohol warming.

A very tasty seasonal strong ale from Delirium. Hints of spice, maybe nutmeg. Smooth and strong, somewhat sweet. On draft.

I was a little into it at the time, so no good notes. Ruby with a small frothy white head. Lots of spice and malt, rather sweet as well. Surprisingly huge body. Very tasty stuff. Wonderful for a cold Christmas.
