Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma of spices, fruit, citrus, and alcohol. The flavor is spices, fruit, and hops are present. Great Beer.

Hazy red-brown color, with off-white creamy head.
Aroma fruity, caramel malts, and high-alcohol.
Medium body.
Taste sweet, fruits, bit sour, caramel malts, alcoholic. Bitter dry finish.
Good.

Bottle. Spices, dough, nuts, rumcake, and a touch of toothpaste. Some doughy spiced booze shines through.

Pours dark amber/brown with tan head. Aromas of candy sugar and dark fruits. Flavor is sweet figs and plums, caramel and yeast. Medium body with lively carbonation and a slightly syrupy mouthfeel. Good stuff.

The only thing X-Mas is good for is X-Mas beer. This sweet, malty, spiced beer is one of the best. Perfect when you live up north and don’t celebrate the Christian feast, but want to dig the beers.

On tap at The Front Door Boise, Pours out a brownish mahogany topped with a cream head. Aroma of sweetness and spice. Tast was just the same sweet and spice. Everything nice. Along with the classic belg yeast.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark amber with a half finger off-white head. The nose is spicy yeast, pepper and fruit. The taste is fruity esters, dark fruits, yeast and rock candy. Medium mouthfeel. Good, and very warming.

Poured a opaque nut brown color with a foamy medium bodied slightly off white head. Strong aroma of apples and alcohol. You can just tell this is gonna burn the palate. Flavor is similar, warm and tingly on the tongue with a bitter sweet bite to it. Main flavor is apple but with a nutty finish. I can never tell the Belgians apart but this was drinkable.
