My girlfriend purchased this for me for Christmas (muchas gracias): Ruby/brownish color with a beige head. Aroma of yeast, spices, and sweet malts, along with some fruitiness. Taste is pretty sweet. Faint note of hops. Very fruity. A little bit of the high alcohol peeps in. Very easy drinking for a beer of this size. Quite good.

Bottle thanks to my friend sam. Pours a somewhat cloudy mahogany with a somewhat small beige head. Nose and flavor are both marked with candied sugars, rich raspberry, toasted almonds, raisin, and a touch of sweet chocolate. Good spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) come through on the tongue as well. Good stuff.

Didn’t get the monsterous head you get from other Delerium brews, malt berry apple aroma, smooth mouthfeel, taste is same as aroma, with a little kick of sweetner, a tasty fun brew that went over big at our get together

Poured a hazy brownish color with big beige head and fine lacing. Aroma is of caramel and the traditional holiday spices with some yeast and alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet with the spices and alcohol and mild bitterness in the finish. Good carbonation and medium body add a decent mouthfeel. Overall, a fine beer for a cold winter’s evening. A nice warmer upper.

330ml bottle from a trade. pours red with a tan head but is unbeliveably chunky. pretty ugly. aroma is sweet and sour, aged dark belgian, touch of spice. the flavour is light dark fruit, spice, light sour acidic character. kinda messy, a fresher bottle might be better but ill probably never find out.
