Whole Foods Bottle 2006. Pours a caramel color thats a bit hazy. has an off-white head, lasted for a while. not an extremely aromatic beer, but has a fruity scent with mostly apple and a bit of cinnamon. has a strong alcohol finish with a skightly sour after taste. definately worth a try.

Bottle. Poured a murky brown color with very little head. Aroma of citrus and bananas. Taste like any other belgiun ale.

11.2 oz bottle pours a dark ruby with brown hints, small white head, and tons of lovely, chunky sediment. Nose is candy apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Taste reflects the aromas, with some ginger and spruce coming through. Alcohol is extremely well-hidden. A beyond-solid Belgian. I’ll be excited to drink one of these during the actual holiday season.

Orangey brown pour with a quickly dissolving bubbly head. Nice, intriguing aroma is somewhat spicy with light fruit accents. Flavor is unique...and that makes it hard to compare. Definite hints of apples and raisins, and the alcohol is somewhat evident late on the palate. Palate is somewhat high on the carbonation side, but this beer was one of the more original I’ve had in some time, and quite good on that note! I would definitely seek this one out again! Pretty sweet label to boot...

Bottle. Copper, slighly cloudy pour with a brown tinge and a medium white head. Aroma of apples, plums and caramel. Taste has some nice holiday spices, malt, caramel and yeast with a nice finish. Really complex but drinkable.

750 ml bottle from Wholefoods. Clear rich golden amber with almost no head. Apricot aroma with hints of sourness and spice. Nice fruity tart taste with a good breadiness and some mild spice to the finish.

Nice white bottle. Honey aroma with touch of clove. Amber pour. This is a hoppy Belgique brew with touches of caramel and pine. Another fine ale from Delirium.

Brown pour with minimal head. Taste of raisins, bananas and very sweet. A nice Christmas beer.
