Tap @ House of Brews, NYC (December 2006). Pours a nice deep ruby color with a lacy white head. Aroma is spices such as coriander and cinnamon, along with some malt and candy sugar. Taste is highly spicy, and the flavors become increasingly complex as you savor the beer. A wonderful, wonderful Belgian Christmas ale.

At the pour, Delirium Noël presents a dark amber color with a thin head. The foam hugs the glass. There is a sweet and malty aroma. This beer certainly maintains its Belgian characteristics. There are notes of orange and spice. The fruitiness lingers for a moment as the carbonation dissipates. This beer goes down smooth. Overall, Delirium Noël is a smooth brew with a lot of punch.

Nice marroon/orange body and thick bubbly white head. Aroma is floral and sweet. Taste like a typical Belgian style strong ale but with more spice.

On tap into chalice, pours a dark brown/amber with 1 finger off white head. Smells of some sweet dark fruits, plums, raisin, apple nice notes of yeasts and spices. Taste of the same sweet fruits, with good yeasts, malts and spices with mild alcohol presense and a bit of biter hops. Solid medium body, good smooth creamy malt feel, medium alcohol warmth and nice dry clean finish. A very good seasonal offering. Glad I found it and yes, I will be back for more..ho ho ho!!

Pater Marcus, Budapest.

One of the best Christmas beer. Very balanced taste with great aromas. I really enjoy drinking this beer every year.

Very fruity aroma, some yeast as well, dough. Alcohol is present in both taste and aroma. Taste is dominated by the fruits, but there’s a spicy sensation there to balance it out. Colour is a beautiful clear brown, head is off-white. (Bottle)
