deep golden with a nice white, creamy head, low carbonation. caramel, toffee and spicy alcohol dominate the aroma. tastes like tremens with a more pronounced toffee flavour. mouthfeel has that highly carbonated fizzy sensation on the tongue, soft at the back of the mouth with the ever-present alcohol spiciness that always accompanies a beer of this strength. overall this is a very enjoyable beer that reveals more secrets as it warms in the palm of your hand, like a tremens that has been boiled longer to get a nice caramelised toffee flavour from the malt.

Delirium Noël, is the best cristmas beer i have tasted, and one of favorites in general. The best thing to doo with this beer is to save it for at least two years.

An absoulute beauty enjoyed from the tap. Cupric orange in colour, spicey nose(cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom), Big and long in the mouth, moderate carbonation, Noticeably warming finish. Must taste!

This is definitely one of the best beers I’ve ever tried. Spicy, sweet, fruity, warming, alcoholic - everything you could want in a Christmas beer. Highly recommended.
