This was a nice winter ale. Perfect for those cold winter nights. Beer was poured a dark brown color and a light head. Aroma was spicy and flavor was nice and smooth although it’s pretty strong, but well hidden. Good stuff overall, looking forward to getting some more of this.

From a 750 ml white bottle poured hazy light brown with off-white head and good lacing. Nose of yeast, fruit, and spices. Nice smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is slightly sweet and strong with ripe fruits. Very tasty and enjoyable.

2004/bottle, very strong but drinkable beer. one that I will cherish. It is a triple with spice, how nice. A must for christmas beer drinkers. Pink elephants are to die for.

This is actualy a pretty tasty beer...better than I expected from the delirium folks. Lots of fruity sweetness balanced with hot alcohol taste. Poured a thin gummy head.

750ml btl. a rather darkish, murky beer with a big, yet smooth white head. taste is pretty well balanced considering it’s a.b.v. tastes of malt, dried fruit, and some sweet citrus as well as some rum and raisin notes in there. a bit nutty too, goes down smooth, although it isn’t much of a party in the mouth. this beer does not have a huge release of gasses after the intitial head forms, which leaves the taste a bit flat. the aroma is nice, smells mostly of fruity earth and carmel pastry, something like that. cheers.

Bottle, pours hazy, dark brown/ruby with a medium sized beige head. Nose with lots of burned malt and fruits. Flavour of figs, brown sugar and molasses. Slightly hoppy finish. Medium to full bodied. An ejoyable christmas beer.

Bottled. Brown/amber opaque, longlasting mediumsized beige head. Aroma is toffee, caramel, alcohol, malts and some fruit. Enormous malts in flavour along with spices and dry fruit. Finish and aftertaste is mostly malts and alcohol. Pleasant winterbrew.

hazy brown with a large frothy off-white head. aroma of caramel, nuts, malt, citrus, and alcohol. lively lacing. flavors are the same as aroma with some herbal notes and flowery soap(in a good way). dubbelish.
