2000 750ml grey bottle with pink Elephants pulling santas sliegh, pours a bright cloudy reddish-orange color. Fruity aroma of pears and tropical fruits, small bubbly head, bready, spicy fruity apple flavors, soft and full palate, nice lasting finish, very well hidden alcohol at 10%, warming feel, a great winter ale.

Didn’t get the monsterous head you get from other Delerium brews, malt berry apple aroma, smooth mouthfeel, taste is same as aroma, with a little kick of sweetner, a tasty fun brew that went over big at our get together

Pours with a two-finger creamy head that goes very slowly and leaves a good lace. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Clear amber color. Nose is prunes and alcohol. Starts sweet becomes spicy, prickly finish. Alcohol aftertaste. $8.99 for 750ml bottle from Tulley’s Beer and Wine Wells, Me.

Beautiful muddy deep amber/red beer with fizzy cream head. Smells like banana, bubble gum, licorice, nuts? Nice full flavor. Definitely Belgian, slight bitterness. It bites you in the sinuses at the back of the mouth. Burns a little going down. Slightly sweet. This is a great Christmas beer. It's a bit better than the Scaldis Noel (Bush de Noel) but delivers the same effect. Very nice.

On tap @ prespa. Rich. Winter spices, strongly bitter. Orange, corriander, caramel. Sweet/spicy candilike nose. Sweetens as it warms - candy comes out in the nose w. some rich maltiness. Spicing is better balanced as it warms.

Cloves orange rum and raisin aroma, deep mulled wine red body tan head. Initial hit of sweet malt with warm spicey followup and long burn of alcohol followed by an immensity of bitterness.

750 ml corked and caged. Dark amber colour, fast fading off-white head. Toast and plums with some spicy notes. Light peachiness and some soft sweet caramel malt. Simple yeast, but has enough spiciness to keep things interesting. Clove, peach, light apple and brown sugar. Flavour is quite sweet, toast and brown sugar, plums, apple, orange and some lingering spice on the finish. Orange peel and pith flavour. Some light herbal hop flavour. Becomes a bit vineous as it warms. Well balanced, lightly peppery on the finish. Pretty nice beer.

Christmas in August
Really enjoyed this, even though its probably been sitting on the shelf for over a year. (aging as they say). The 10% abv kick would be clutch in the winter but is also good for sitting on the couch in August watching Samurai Jack DVDs
