2006 Vintage 750 I’ve had in my cellar for a while shared with my girlfriend Cyn and friends. Pours bubbly copper with a tan 1 finger head. Nose is sweet and light and spied. Taste is sweet a little like apple cider, spicy and highly driinakble.

750 ml. bottle from my in laws (I believe they purchased at World Market), enjoyed Christmas eve. This bottle was from March, 2006. Pour is brown-copper-ruby-orange with a one 1/2 inch tan head. Aroma of Belgian yeastiness and holiday spices. Taste mirrors the nose quite closely, though is far more carbonated than it appeared. Carbonation made this very soft, and really nice with the roast dinner. I really enjoyed this one.

Small bottle as Delirium Christmas. Dark amber body. Aroma has lots of sweet roasted malts, the roastiness is pleasantly mild and not heavily "burnt". Taste has brow sugar and berries. Finish gets slightly medicinal.

Aroma of cinnamon, Apple, and dough...seriously like an Apple pie. Pours red with a light but dense foam. Tastes of sour dough, cinnamon, and Christmas. Very pleasant.
