Poured from a tap. Murky caramel color, medium frothy white head. Smells like cherry. Medium body with a full cherry flavor and a bold finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear mahogany red with a nice white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of cherries, light lactic, light funk and wood. Taste is sweet cherries, light lactic acid, wood and funk all in a nice balance. Overall fairly sweet but nice and complex.

Sweet and fruity, with a nice bitterness to balance it out. Not something I’d drink all the time, but a good desert beer.

Crisp ale with a sweet taste that rolls over the taste buds. There is a short-lived aftertaste. I enjoyed it, but this is not a beer I am going to drink on a daily basis...more like on special occasions when a sweet after dinner drink is called for.

From the corked caged 750 ml. bottle stamped 20:46 L17-14055. Sampled on December 1, 2014. The pour is reddish-brown with a short-lived head. The aroma is overly fruity like wine or grape with a vague scent of cardboard like it had been stored in a cardboard box. The body is light to medium. The taste is also extremely fruity and tart to the point that it reminds me more of a wine cooler than a beer. Usually the beers from this brewery are very likable but this was not one of their most memorable moments as far as I am concerned.
